Current and past clients consistently give me feedback on my availability. I am available seven days a week and always return phone calls promptly. If you are a current client, you will hear from me at least once a week to check in on things. If you are a past client, I will always check in on you without being overbearing to make sure you are still happy and to keep the lines of communication flowing. I come with the house! (so to speak).

Every month you will receive an Item of Value from me. I will personally mail you a new tid-bit of information on things such as how to allergy proof your home, how to redesign your living room, etc. You'll want to keep these for future reference!

For Sellers, I truly believe that it is the efforts of the salesperson that sells your house. You need an aggressive real estate agent who will work hard to get your house the exposure it needs to sell. You need an honest opinion on what the house should sell for and not a false promise of a higher sales price just to get the listing (and then have you lower the price a couple weeks after it's on the market - wasting your time and mortgage, electricity, heating, etc.!). You need someone to help you organize your home to make it look its best for potential buyers. You need someone that will give you constant feedback from Buyers about your property. And you need someone that works FULL TIME in real estate; since you already have a job, let me do mine!
