About Farmington, CT:
Historical and Cultural heritage with homes now part of the Connecticut Freedom Trail for their participation in the Underground Railroad. Museums include the Stanley Whitman Museum, Hill-Stead Museum, The Day-Lewis Native American Artifacts Museum, and the Lewis Walpole Library. And then on the east end is the highly desired, Devonwood community, with over 380 homes surrounded by woodlands and forest preserve, and even the adjacent Winding Trails where you can cross country ski, skate, sled/tube, fishing, and even a beach for swimming in the summer. Lastly, Farmington has the easy highway access for commuters all over the state.
