About Michele Pellegatto

I'm excited to announce that after being Realty World Hometown's Top Producer for 4 years, I am now affiliated with William Raveis Real Estate in Avon, CT.  I take with me extensive marketing experience and boutique-like customer service and now complement it with an exceptional company backing that provides my clients with cutting edge technology and support. My continued record of excellence and my appointment as a 2011-2012 Board Member on the GHAR Board of Directors have given my satisfied clients the confidence in referring me to their family, friends, and coworkers and I look forward to being your go-to agent as I work to expand my client base throughout The Farmington Valley.

Prior to real estate, I built a six year background in accounting, a background in personal training, and have been competing for 10 years as a natural bodybuilder and professional figure competitor. My most recent win was earning the Runner-Up spot as the Professional Figure World Champion in 2011 (400 athletes from 20 different countries participated).  I plan to compete again in August 2012.  I train before my clients in the morning and later at night after my last appointment.  You will often see me with a cooler :)

I also graduated Cum Laude, in three of four years, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, and then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Accounting. While at the University, I provided consultation, encouragement, and a safe and cooperative study environment as a Resident Assistant.

I have lived in multiple areas around Connecticut so I have knowledge of more than just one location. I have successfully helped people from all over the country and all over Connecticut find a location that suits them best.  I will continue to use my diverse and extensive background along with a history of excellent service and integrity to assist buyers in their search for a new home.
